I had two issues come up recently on my store (one of my own doing unfortunately) and the Hextom team remedied everything for me! Bullet points weren't formatting properly for me and at one point I accidentally lost all my translations... luckily for me, Hextom was there to help. The app itself works great and having the ability to manually edited nearly all translations for free is simply awesome. Ai translations is also a very convenient feature for translating copious amounts of information like store policies.
