This app has been a game changer for us since all our suppliers are French or Italian and therefore we had to translate thousands (our store has 80k products) of titles, descriptions etc. The owner has been very helpful and open to our suggestions. By far the best app to use if you have translations that need to be done regularly as you add products.
Worst application on the market. After technical problems and long time no signs from the support (he was ill) the problem was on shopifys side he meant. After not taking down the review here, the Developers commented on OUR Store. Of course negative - even they never bought from us.
Unfair review from Micheal, who I helped personally as soon as I was back to work after being sick 4 days with fever due to influenza.
The problem you had was with page translation. Shopify does not support metafields translation when using locales. You can see the ticket I created for shopify team here:

I contacted the shopify support team to unlock the issue.
The feature was ready in our side, if only shopify was willing to help in a timely manner. I also explained to you that if you can skip metadata translation, I can enable the feature. No reply from you.
It's regrettable that such love, efforts, and support were bestowed upon such an ungrateful individual.

J'ai cherché et je n'ai pas trouvé d'application équivalente qui permet de changer les fiches produits en profondeur directement dans shopify et pas une traduction du site simpliste... ca vaut le cout
An Exellent app with fantastic support.
i looked at many apps and companies and stumbled across this by chance,but was glad i did. It does what it says on the tin, with the user having options to select the extent to what you wished translated on the site. I trialed it on one of our stores and are now using on all of them, full marks from us, thanks very much
Très bonne application. C'est la seul (je dis bien la seule) qui permet de traduire des fiches produits sans créer une version dupliquée. Application très intuitive. Aucun frais d'abonnement donc c'est génial. Je recommande cette application à tout le monde qui souhaite traduire sa boutique en quelques clics!
Application très complète ! Le service client est à votre écoute et c'est très plaisant pour une fois. J'ai demandé quelques modifications notamment au niveau de la traduction d'alt text pour les images ou encore de méta-données comme la méta-description et le méta-title. Je n'ai pas été déçu car le service client (Reda) a pris le temps de me demandé ce que je voulais, m'a prit en appelle pour avoir plus de détails, de manière très bien veillante pour m'aider du mieux qu'il peut et je trouve cela très honorable de ça part. De plus le rapport qualité/prix est avantageux car pour traduire 500 mots il faut un crédit qui coûte 0,02 centimes d'euros. J'ai traduis environ 600 000 caractères pour 101 fiches produits et cela m'as coûté 24€.
Great idea but unfortunately Variant names and Attributes are not translated which leaves you with 50% of the work.
