App doesn't even open. Mad because I paid to preload some trees before realizing the app doesn't launch to initiate setup. I've tried multiple browsers on multiple different days.
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We are currently working on this bug. Indeed the issue is right at the beginning in establishing the first connection. Once past this, there are no issues. So we have a work-around to avoid this bug and let you connect to our system. We are sending you an email right now with instructions. And there is no problem to reimburse you if you prefer. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Once you follow the new process we are sending you, you will see our system works well.
