Absolutely great and wonderful idea! I had some requests about custom changes (text/ language) and Saif replied very fast and released the update asap. The shop customers seem to love the idea as well and choose the „pay extra for 3 additional trees“-option very often.

Initial review: Sprout's support has been the most helpful, communicative, and straightforward experience we have had so far on Shopify. "Exemplary" is the word that comes to mind. I will update this review in a week to share its impact on our customer base, backend systems, and technical and physical experience.
