Perfect app, all you need for increasing CVR while helping the planet. Customer service is also fantastic, they will go in and help you with whatever you need.

Their support is super helpful! I had trouble installing the info badge and they took care of all of it for me. I'm also glad to have an easy way to plant trees with orders.

He not only provided support via chat and email, but also met with me via a video call to walk me through how to correctly install different items throughout our website. Sprout is a breeze to install and the setup is super intuitive. We took them up on their offer to insert the code for us. I am thrilled with this app and the cause it supports - it's simple and useful. Other apps felt very bloated down with different UI elements, campaigns, pricing, etc. I do think those are good for some brands but I needed something very simple. Also love how transparent they are about how it works and impact they've made so far. I had some issues with styling the elements on my product pages and checkout due to my theme's color scheme, but I reached out to Saif and his team and the help and attention I received was OUTSTANDING! Beyond excellent. Saif accessed my store's theme and quickly made some changes that made everything look 10x better. I would recommend this app to anyone, the reviews are well-deserved!
