I would say from ANY app I've installed from Shopify, Trendsi by far has the most responsive customer support and response time in the entire Shopify app store. Importing products into our Shopify store is a breeze, and whenever I had questions on setting up my Shipping, within 5-10 minutes I got a thorough and accurate response. I highly recommend this app!
I can also tell they are always innovating, finding new ways to improve, they keep their products updated, their presentation, etc. There's a good dedicated team behind Trendsi and they're doing a great job!

Today I made my first sale. I was extremely excited. I discovered that my account wasn’t completely set up. I emailed customer support at 2:00am and within 3 minutes I received an email from RayMart. He was the best! He was so patient with me. He was so knowledgeable of the process. I have never engaged in such customer service in my life. Wow I am completely blown away. I can tell he has been trained with customer etiquette. If only we can get more customer service like RayMart displayed. What an amazing experience!
