I was having an issue with TikTok address syncing over to Shopify and then setting up seller shipping. Raymart was amazing! He helped me step by step to get the address fixed and helped me with setting up my shipping with TikTok to avoid this happening again.
Today I am having an issue with TikTok to Shopify to Trendsi order and Harold was great in getting the info he needed to sort out my issue.

Great customer service. I had a technical issue linking products with my online store. I was able to reach real person on chat feature and Raymart was able to assist me make necessary setting changes to get my store up and running. Thank you!

Link the app to my Shopify store was easily accomplished. It is easily added to my store. The make it so I can create a favorite list and then come back and add what I want to the store. The variety of items to add is awesome!

I had an issue with my products saying sold out when they were not on trends. Chette from customer service helped me out and was very helpful

I've been using Trendsi for about a year now and LOVE how easy it is to find and import items to my store. I can be couch surfing or on the beach, browse inventory and push to the store no problem! In addition the merchandise options are great. And... I was stumped with a technical issue and Lorie Ligue in support got me sorted out quickly and easily. I can't say enough good things about Trendsi!
