To start off with I have to say Trendsi has an outstanding support channel. I just chatted with Gretle and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. By answering my questions, I could tell she knows every detail of how Trendsi operates and how to help clients who are trying to start up their business.
I do have to say, I just started using Trendsi to start my drop shipping business.
Trendsi is an awesome place to start building your business, they have a huge selection of products to choose from, which you can never go wrong.

Trendsi has an amazing and superb customer support base. a very short time with Anya and she answered all my questions with regards to return and refund policy. Her response were instant and very much helpul. She seems to have a working knowledge of Trendsi.

I was very concerned about making sure the quality of items that I wanted to offer in my ecommerce store were going to be on par and to do that I needed questions answered about the return policy etc. Lee and Czar were both very helpful and informative and I feel much more confident about placing sample orders to check the products and being able to return them hopefully without any issue now in order to make my store is the best I can possible make it so that all parties are happy including myself and my customers as that is my main goal and also to be partnering with a company that shares the same values of quality, integrity and great service. I had issues with my website and adding items to my store but thanks to Angelo he was right on top of it and helped me get it situated right away. He was on top of it instantly and got everything working for me and timely manner!

Chette was very helpful with my many shipping questions and very patient and detailed. I was concerned about the international products being delayed due to the holiday. She gave me the option of putting the international products in draft until international shipping was back to normal.
