I was facing an issue with connecting my Shopify store to Trendsi. I contacted the support team & they were quick to respond & helped me resolved this issue. Anya was very helpful, she helped setup my store & guided me through, until I had successfully connected my store to Trendsi.

I like the diverse selection at Trendsi, catering to various body types. However, it’s worth noting that the drop ship prices are almost double the wholesale prices, which impacts profit margins. While learning to manage my Shopify store, I received limited guidance from Trendsi, requiring a steep learning curve. I believe more support would be invaluable. It’s my suggestion that the items could be more competitively priced, and the white label opportunity should be accessible to a broader audience. Overall, a promising platform with room for improvement in pricing and support.

I love this app, it is a GAME CHANGER if you've always wanted to own your own boutique. During setup I used the chat and got connected to Lorie, she was so great! She answered my questions in detail, and quickly. As I followed her instructions she happily answered my follow-on questions and I got all set-up and changed my settings so easily. Certain vendors will claim inventory is in stock and it is not. Your drop ship orders will be accepted by the vendor and then show as being processed, only to be later rejected and refunded. If you decide to use this service, use only ship-from USA Luxe or TikTok verified vendors. Otherwise you will spend a lot of time apologizing to your clients.
