Trendsi has been a reliable partner for my business. Even when issues come up, their support team handles them professionally and sees things through to resolution. I especially want to highlight Chette, Harold, Anya etc, who were patient, responsive, and clear throughout the entire process. The follow-up and communication made a real difference. I appreciate the accountability and customer-focused approach. I’ll continue working with Trendsi and recommend them to other sellers looking for dependable support

I recently needed to find out if there was any way to get a pair of jeans that were out of stock. I did send a restock request as told. Mikah went out of her way though. She escalated my question to the listings team so they could verify with their partner supplier if and when the jeans would come back into stock. I truly appreciate her because most representatives from other vendors wouldn't go that far for customer service. She will follow up with me as soon as she gets an answer to see it through. Thank you Mikah!

Trendsi has been great for my Shopify store. The product importing process is smooth and the app is easy to use. I had an issue where products were showing as sold out even though inventory was available, and Anya from support helped me fix it quickly by guiding me through the correct shipping and inventory settings. Very helpful, clear, and professional support. Highly recommended.

I had some difficulties with getting my store set up, but Anya was an AMAZING help! she not only helped fix the issue but also caught an error i had made on my shopify store. I am truly grateful to have access to Trendsi which makes my life as a business owner so much easier!

In order to enhance my website I had numerous questions that Sam helped me with. She made answered all my questions quickly and I'm thankful for her help. for anyone who needs clothing and such, I absolute recommend Trendsi. Makes it easy to dropship or wholesale all in one location with quick shipping.

i was dealing with a customer serv rep from trendsi named Chette she was amazing and very helpful and most of all patient . :) a week later the sad part is a customer placed a order almost 2 weeks ago and they keep putting things off and lots of excuses ive been going back and forth last couple days with someone named Sam and she tells me this morning they are on holidays till end of month like omg my customer will be waiting over a month for products this is not ok. my advise is to stay away from trendsi i feel like im getting the run around shopify should know these issues

Amazing Support!
Had a critical inventory sync issue, but the support team was incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Harold from the Tech Team! He went above and beyond to fix the bug in the backend quickly. Great app, great service.

12/4/25 - I got on support chat with Mikah asking about products that are no longer available. The system drafts them out on your shop so they don't show, but when they become available again, they automatically make them active again. She did suggest I request a restock on ones that do not come back. She also told me that the shipping label only shows a return address - not Trendsi, which is obviously good. You can have the invoice with your logo on it. So far support has been great.

11/21/25 - I had a couple of technical questions on uploading products and syncing and Sam was very helpful.

11/16/25 - Chatted again for help on a Sunday evening and Harold was amazing in helping me set up shipping for Trendsi!

2:50 AM CST here in USA and I had a technical problem with importing into Shopify from Trendsi and Lorie solved the problem. Awesome!
