In order to enhance my website I had numerous questions that Sam helped me with. 12/4/25 - I got on support chat with Mikah asking about products that are no longer available. The system drafts them out on your shop so they don't show, but when they become available again, they automatically make them active again. She did suggest I request a restock on ones that do not come back. She also told me that the shipping label only shows a return address - not Trendsi, which is obviously good. You can have the invoice with your logo on it. So far support has been great.

11/16/25 - Chatted again for help on a Sunday evening and Harold was amazing in helping me set up shipping for Trendsi!

2:50 AM CST here in USA and I had a technical problem with importing into Shopify from Trendsi and Lorie solved the problem. Awesome!
