Trendsi Customer Care is amazing!! I always get a quick response, no matter the time. I had a customer input the wrong address on her order. She no longer lived in the home or in the TOWN. She let me know right away and Lorie was able to help immediately! My customer and I were relieved and so happy that we were able to get it corrected. Thank you, Lorie, for all of your help!

I just started using Trendsi as it look like its a much better option than ali and dsers. Karen has been so helpful in answering all types of questions and helping me understand how everything works on the app. She quickly responds every 5 minutes i have a new question :) I'm really liking how easy it is to add products with the Shopify integration. You barely have to modify anything after it's added which saves me a ton of ton. Great app so far and customer service! Harold was a great help updating an address i needed for a customer order! thanks!

I had a few questions and technical issues today with Trendsi apps and items, so I wanted to chat with someone on the admin side. I thought it would take them a while to answer, but Lorie replied quickly and was so helpful. I have had a great experience so far with this company. Even their slowest shipping is much faster than other drop shipping sites.

I do really enjoy using this app the customer service team is amazing especially Mia who has saved the day for me multiple times. One thing I wish I had more control over is stock it is very difficult to get products you want back in-stock after they are sold out. Also there are so many boutiques out there that now all have the same product:(
