Trendsi has been a total lifesaver for me! Being a fashion enthusiast, I'm constantly on the lookout for the hottest trends, and Trendsi never disappoints. The variety of styles they offer is amazing, and I always find something that suits my taste perfectly. Their customer service is super friendly and helpful too, big thank you to Chette for making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I'd totally recommend Trendsi to anyone looking to up their fashion game!

I am new to using Trendsi, but so far it's been a great experience. Their site is extremely user friendly, their product is well represented, and their customer service is AMAZING. Every time I have a simple question, they are quick to respond and take care of my concerns. And a shout out to Harold! He is awesome and gave me all the answers and resources I needed. I’m new to Trendsi and all I have to say is WOW to customer support! I was having a problem with onboarding because of my own user error but it was quickly resolved within 2 minutes by Raymart! Trendsi has an amazing and superb customer support base. a very short time with Anya and she answered all my questions with regards to return and refund policy. Her response were instant and very much helpul. She seems to have a working knowledge of Trendsi.

I came across TRENDSI just last month, so I am brand new. I ran into an issue with a shipping location. I hopped on the chat box. Harold was able to help me figure out the issue by taking his time to send me screenshot with details in order to locate the issue. So I am looking forward to work with TRENDSI, hopefully it's gonna a great addition to my business.

Had some shipping delays I wanted to reach out for to see what the status was. Joel was a HUGE help! Very friendly and transparent with the delay cause being lunar new year and the status of my order.
