I just found out about Trendsi and spoke to Allan and he was awesome! Answered all my questions clearly, very professional! Thank you Allan!
Today 06/25/2023 contacted Trendsi and got Anya, I couldn't understand why I kept getting error "Page Unresponsive", but it only happened on Trendsi website, but Anya was very professional, extremely patient trying to figure out why this kept happening. I started getting very upset, because I finally found a platform where customers don't have to wait "Forever" to receive their products and now I'm experiencing issues omg, but Anya continued to be professional and extremely patient. To make long story short, I figured out it was my browser, although Anya kept telling me and leading toward the browser it just would not register. After further troubleshooting it was extensions I had on my browser! I contacted Trendsi and got lucky to get Anya again, I got the opportunity to apologize to Anya for kept asking to speak with someone other than Anya and as from the start Anya still professional and patient. Thank you Anya for be available when I really needed assistance! I am grateful! Thank you!

8/27/23 - Anya is FABULOUS! I had an issue that she thoroughly walked me through until we figured it out. It was a user-error and once Anya realized what it was, I was able to correct the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly Recommend.
3/16/23 - Angelo in customer service was very knowledgeable and helped with an issue I created. He was very understanding and walked me through the steps to correct the problem. Thank you, Angelo! Everyone is customer support is very friendly and helpful. Gretie helped me twice today already and she was so helpful and patient with answering my questions. Chette in customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the return process. Thanks so much.

The customer service chat is amazing! I asked a question on the weekend and got a reply within 5 minutes. Although I was not able to restock one my items due to it not being available, Chette's quick and accurate answers were extremely helpful.

I had an issue with my products not syncing to my shopify store. Gretle was able to help me out today, and we found that it was a system error. Thanks Gretle for your help. It was very well appreciated.
