Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

Trendsi is helping me to revive my boutique - I'm so grateful for the service they offer! Since they are an app in the Shopify app store, the integration with Shopify websites is seamless! Not only that, but whenever I have had a question or a problem, their customer service is top notch - even if they can't respond immediately in chat, they follow up via email. Most recently, Angelo was a big help, even showing me steps I would need to take within Shopify when I needed to change an order. Highly recommended if you are looking for a boutique drop shipper!

This app is a God send! Also, their customer service is amazing. I had a question about uploading my sales permit so that I could order samples and I received a response through chat from "Hazel" and she helped me with everything quick fast and straight to the point. I love the app and the wide variety of products they have. They are so unique products and my customers love them. Their support team is also good, I was personally helped by Gretle and she was kind and polite to me and understood the issue on hand, and helped me accordingly. Enjoying so far. Their support is always live and helpful. Angelo helped me today and explained some aspects I did not understand, such as why items can become unavailable. I am a beginner and Trendsi makes it easy to find and import products. Hopefully everything goes well when the site officially launches!

Awesome platform. The best thing is the customer service rep. You can pretty much get a hold of them any time of the day and there's always someone to answer your questions. So far - so great! I love how easy it is to put their products in my store - When they push out new products - it's not an insane amount of them AND - they are super helpful! Fast and easy help.

I've looked through a lot of sites to find my supplier and I hope no one finds this place cause I want it ALL TO MYSELF! Chette was a huge help and answered all of my dumb questions with patience, kindness, and was very informative. if you don't use this app, fine by me cause this is untapped gold!
