I'm new to trendsi and shopify platforms so trying to figure out the quirks.. I have not sampled any of the clothing yet or tested the ship time.. I did test the order from my site and cancellation.. I needed assistance with releasing the funds from Shopify which Harold was very helpful with! Thanks so much!

Product selection, order support and dropshipping are solid.
Too often, however, I sell an item from their stock that was showing 1 available only to be notified later they don't have it. Support pretty much just says "Oh well, get over it".
With their app, there's no way to set a Safety Stock or otherwise counter the inventory inaccuracy. Their app has few useful config options and locks you out of doing anything for inventory in Shopify.
In general, they don't have any tech support for their app. The support team gives it their best shot but they're reading off a script.
I can't keep selling items that aren't in stock, so I'm moving on.
