Joel was very through and easy to work with. resolved my issue within 20 minutes. Was a life saver getting my sales back up and running with a technical issue. Thanks for your help. Harold also helped me later in the day by fixing an ordering issue. Thanks to you both!

Ok, I just got finished working with Harold. He spent so much time with me helping me correct what Shopify could not. I worked with Shopify for days! Harold was so patient and understanding of my concerns. He knew what he was talking about! That's more than I can say for Shopify support. I give him 5 stars!
