So far, I just started using this app. The customer service is really good. Mia was very friendly and patient when I had a small hiccup. Plus, they are there when you reach out to them. Always friendly! I like the trendy clothing. Hopefully, the shipping goes well also. Thank you.

Had another chat with a Trendsi employee named Chette. She was very welcoming and inviting. She answered all of my questions and even cleared things up for me. The staff here is always friendly and helpful.

Very new to the app and learning how to navigate. Kat was extremely helpful; even taught me how to take a screenshot from my laptop. I had no idea that I could do that. You can teach an old dog new tricks. Love the lay out of the app and the brand options! Hoping to leave more rave reviews after I make some sales.

I seen Trensdi surface on social media. I am in the process of creating my online store. I did not see what I was looking for on social media so I was happy to see they have a 24/7 online support chat to reach out to for any questions. I was able to chat with Charmaine - who was very patient and thorough with her responses to my questions. She even provided me links to view before creating an account. She was extremely helpful and anyone who chats with her will leave the chat satisfied! Thank you for your time and patience.

I have been in this industry for 10+ years and have explored so many merchants and dropshipping services. This is by far the best one out there and has been serving the needs of my clients. Their customer service is top notch, it's super easily to add products to my site, and I absolutely love the selection they provide. I will forever be a customer!!

OMG! I'm here hoping more people use the app so we can get a larger variety of products because so far I am very impressed with this company. Pros:
*The app is so easy to use, the photos and descriptions are all very detailed and great quality. *They update my shop immediately when stock changes as well as send an email notification.
*Shipping is relatively fast. *Customer support is outstanding. One of my sold products was out of stock and they not only contacted me with options to replace it but recognized it was a set piece to another ordered product and offered to replace the whole thing with another color. *One of the products my customer ordered didn't pass quality check and they sent me an email notifying me and that they'd have a new one ready to ship in a few days. Cons:
*I can only add the products to one collection from the app so I have to go back into my shop to add it to other collections. This is especially challenging when I work from my phone because Shopify doesn't let me update the collections either.
*Still slightly limited options in the handbags, shoes, middle aged kids and accessories collections. I'd also love to see men's' apparel someday soon. I haven't received the products yet to review packaging/etc., but so far I am so impressed. I have run my boutique from home for 3 years and I scaled beyond my own capabilities. It was dropship or huge overhead costs associated with opening a warehouse and hiring staff. I am so glad I went with dropship. My customers have more options and I have less stress. I had some issues with setting up my shipping and Gretle provided outstanding and quick support. Thank you.

BY FAR the best dropshipping experience on the web. Trendsi not only has fantastic product imaging, a consistent drop schedule and personalized branded packaging, but their support team is amazing. I interact regularly with their support people and they are always quick, kind and extremely helpful which is not the case with most retailers! Special kudos to Dave for always answering my odd and specific questions SO QUICKLY so I can get back to selling! Love Trendsi!
