I haven't really used the service yet. I am just getting started. I needed some help from customer service though, and Joel was a huge help. He was quick to respond, and he solved my issue quickly. He also answered all of my questions and made the customer service chat easy. Thank you, Joel!

I've been using Trendsi for about a year now and LOVE how easy it is to find and import items to my store. I can be couch surfing or on the beach, browse inventory and push to the store no problem! In addition the merchandise options are great. And... I was stumped with a technical issue and Lorie Ligue in support got me sorted out quickly and easily. I can't say enough good things about Trendsi!

I love Trendsi and their products. So easy to use. I had some issues syncing products and I was communicating with Raymart through email and he was the best. He was so patient with me and really helped me understand the issues I was having, and helped me correct them. Thank you again Raymart!

I had a lot of questions and Joel on chat was wonderful. There is no other way to describe it. His answers were fast and very easy to understand. All my questions were answered within less than 5 minutes, and I have a very good understand of what to do now. I am so happy.

I have been very pleased with my drop shipping experience using Trendsi. I think they have a wonderful variety of clothing and accessories that I can either purchase for my store, or dropship. It allows me to build a wonderful website and pay for merchandise as I sell it.

I also want to brag on my customer service support representative Harold. He answers me quickly anytime I have an issue and works diligently to solve my problem no matter what it is. Thank you, Harold! Good job! I appreciate your help.

I had some major questions about Marketplace, shipping costs, etc. CHARLES did an absolutely amazing job in describing the details. His answers were clear and concise, user-friendly. He was extremely Professional and I appreciate this so much! Thank you, Shopify and Trendi for providing top-notch employees where they don't have to go inquire from 3 or 4 other people to get the answer. To Charles' Boss, will you please give him a raise? I give him an A+! (Teacher here and I don't give those top notch grades out very often, barely). I am grateful!

I am new to Trendsi and needed some guidance. I chatted with Harold and he was able to answer all of my concerns immediately. This platform is amazing for anyone needing additional product options for their customers. They have a nice variety of items at all price points and their customer service is fantastic.
