I came across TRENDSI just last month, so I am brand new. I ran into an issue with a shipping location. I hopped on the chat box. Harold was able to help me figure out the issue by taking his time to send me screenshot with details in order to locate the issue. So I am looking forward to work with TRENDSI, hopefully it's gonna a great addition to my business.

I had my first order and was unsure of the process because Trendsi works differently than a previous vendor. I contacted a representative, Joel, and he was immediately helpful and super friendly. My issue was resolved within a couple minutes! So thankful for great customer service!

Recently needed help with shipping confusion and had to contact customer support. Chette responded quickly, was friendly and answered all my questions. Chette also gave me advice so I would be able to avoid future problems with my store
