I am new to Trendsi I was impressed by the amount of 5 stars and how low the 1 stars were. I am now really new to fashion websites I have built 3 shopify sites and 2 Wix sites. I have really researched an used many apps like Brands Gateway, My online fashion store, Buy2Bee, Tasha apparel, Graffati and many more. I had a 40 minute exchange with a Trendsi support guy named Allan. Since I am new to Trendsi Allan broke me in by answering every one of my questions professional and quickly. I expect as I go along using Trendsi I will always be this satisfied. Thank you Allan and Trendsi.

I came across TRENDSI just last month, so I am brand new. I ran into an issue with a shipping location. I hopped on the chat box. Harold was able to help me figure out the issue by taking his time to send me screenshot with details in order to locate the issue. So I am looking forward to work with TRENDSI, hopefully it's gonna a great addition to my business.

I love how quickly I get a response when asking a question. We have only used Trendsi one time in a big promotion for our shop and everyone has been very helpful! We had lots of orders with lots tracking that needed to be followed. I worked with Gretle, Kathrine, Mia, Lhirose, Charmaine, Lance, Angelo, and Lorie. They have all been great to work with! I was very nervous about handing the shipping over but this has been a great experience so far!

I am new to drop shipping. I set my store up almost 3weeks ago. I was stuck on the shipping part. I spent every penny I had getting my store up and going. Only to find out I did not have my shipping set up and no one could check out. I reached out to my supplier. They kept telling me they couldn't help me that the problem was with Shopify. After hours with Shopify support, many many times, told me it was my suppliers part. I spent hours reading, watching tutorials, googling, reaching out to Shopify "Partners", going to blogs. Nothing & no one could or would help me. I was literally in tears about to give up. Then I decided to try Trendsi. I started getting overwhelmed again but Trendsi customer support is phenomenal!!! Or should I say Joel!!! He took the time to listen to what I was saying was not working. Within 30 mins Joel had me up and running. My shipping is set up and working! Thank you Joel! Best customer support ever, Joel needs a raise!!! As my journey continues I am finding out all of Trendsi customer support team is great!! Harold, & Chette have been great also! I even spoke with Sherwin, aka the founder of Trendsi, on their personal number. I truly have never received customer support like this before! Trendsi found a seller for life!!

This application provided by the company was excellent, and Gretle from customer service was particularly helpful. Whenever customers had any questions or issues with the app, Gretle provided fast and efficient support, ensuring that they had a positive experience with the company.
