Had some hick ups due to trendsi discontinuing shipping to non-us destinations but Lori was very helpful in explaining and just needed to make minor adjustments to my store. Hope international shipping can resume at some point in the future.

I'm just starting out. So i hope everything works out. But so far i have found a lot of great products for my niche. I think the product prices are fair. and when I had a ton of questions, Maria helped me right through and was great and very professional. i love good customer service. and Maria was just that.

So far, I'm really impressed with the integration. As a new business, and with my first couple orders now coming in, the process has been smooth. Reaching out to customer service via their chat is always fast. Just spoke Anya to get an update on an order and she was great.

I would like to build a lasting relationship with Trendsi and explore incorporating white label branding with them as I grow. Hoping they take their business to this next level. I've noticed a few competitors offering this service where they tag white label with my brand, so looking for them to catch up to that. For now, I'm sticking with Trendsi and recommend them to anyone in the fashion dropshipping business.
