I just started as a Shopify seller. I contacted Trendsi's customer service regarding my first order to find out the status. Lee responded in a very expeditious manner. This is an app from God. It is too good to be true. I still cannot believe that this app is existed and it is free. The team, and co founder are great. They are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to email or text. I have not seen an app like Trendsi. They have resources available for us to be successful. I am thankful For Jaylene Wu. She gave me great advices regarding marketing and how to fix issues on my website. I am working on them right now. She even sent some helpful resources to my email. I can always email, schedule a zoom meeting if i need help. Tell me if there is another dropshipping app like Trendsi. I have not seen one like Trendsi at all. Trendsi is the best dropshipping app.

Been using this app for a while now and have also purchased their products. I like what I've seen and what I have ordered for myself. Shipping time is fantastic. Customer service is great and the option to be alerted on items being restocked is very helpful. I've had a few jewelry sales and customers have been happy. I usually shop on Shein, but since finding this. I have been shopping on here a lot more often. Thank you.

I wish there was a way to import the products by selecting multiple at a time versus one at a time. Other apps have this ability. However I like how I don’t have to edit the title or description unlike orberlo with Ali express. Contains very good titles and descriptions.

There actually is a way to import many products into Shopify via Trendsi: you can create a collection, add all the products you want to import to the collection, and then import everything in one go by importing the collection.

I hopped on chat support with Yet and she was super helpful. Knew all the answers to my questions. She gave me options for suggestions I could give and didn't have to go to a tier 2 support to answer the questions I had. Were really looking forward to using this program
