I have not opened my online boutique yet, but I really appreciate Trendsi's customer service. Recently spoke with Allan, and he was quick to respond professionally with a clear answer to my question. Before publishing my store, I decided to order samples to confirm for myself the quality of their products. I am happy to say I am impressed. Looking forward to working with such a great company.

Had a small issue (because I overlooked a setting) importing products. I reached out to support and spoke with Angelo. We had things up and running again almost immediately. 5/5 for customer support!

I am new to Trendsi and looking forward to a healthy business relationship. I was not clear on how the drop shipping works but Lee was patient and helped me understand, Thank you. I am still adding stuff to my store and I absolutely love the many selection I have to choose from. Can't wait to share with my customers and start selling!

I love Trendsi because they make it possible to have a fashion store if you don't have the means to buy your products up front. Trendsi products are nice, and I would recommend you try it. Drop shipping is an alternative and it is fun adding products to my store. Lori was extremely helpful in answering my questions that were important.
