The service I have had so far has been great. I've talked to Chette, and Anya. Both were helpful. The only complaint I have it I'm still waiting on and update for an order I made in January. I got an email asking if they had the right address...which I have had multiple sample orders shipped to me at that address. They then said said it would be shipped, but it still says warehouse processing, ...

I just reached out to customer service for help with a sync issue. Got very quickly connected to Harold. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and help me right away. It's not the first time I have to reach out to customer service for assistance and they are always great and prompt to respond.

Great customer service. I had a technical issue linking products with my online store. I was able to reach real person on chat feature and Raymart was able to assist me make necessary setting changes to get my store up and running. Thank you!
