I do not recommend. There is no one to call for assistance. Material is cheap, sizing is horrible. I had to pay $22 to return. Majority of models are Caucasian. With plus size having only one African American model. Shipping is very long, it takes over 10 days to receive. I am writing this so that others are aware of all of the hurdles you will be forced to overcome with an intent to land sales. Not worth your time.
Let me add that I am having to pay $26 to restock horrible quality clothing and sizes that are not at all to scale. This $26 is in addition to the $22 for shipping it back. Total rip-off. This is how they make their money.

Im Very Very Very Very sad with this app, They don't help us at all they don't process the orders during the weekend because they dont work and delayed my orders my customers asked me for the tracking number and they take a long time to ship and they don't make any effort for us dropshippers can earn a little more. I was very annoyed with them, I prefer DSERS a thousand times definitely I will delete it .

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with Trendsi, particularly concerning their shipping and customer service.
I have been a loyal Trendsi customer for over four years and have recently encountered a series of issues that have severely impacted my business. First and foremost, the shipping times have become unacceptably slow. I made a purchase on September 22, and as of today, an entire week has passed, and my order has not even been shipped. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, their response was far from satisfactory. They repeatedly assured me that it would take only "3-4 days" for my order to process, which has proven to be incorrect.
Furthermore, I have discovered that many of the products available on Trendsi can be found on AliExpress and the Kakaclo app at significantly lower prices. This discovery has raised questions about the value of continuing my business relationship with Trendsi.
To make matters worse, when I inquired about the status of my package, I was given false information by one of Trendsi's representatives, claiming that the package was already in transit overseas. This misinformation is unacceptable and further erodes my trust in this platform.
Additionally, I attempted to update my review using another account, but I encountered a problem. It appears that Trendsi does not allow me to modify my review, which raises concerns about transparency and accountability.
Throughout my time with Trendsi, I have noticed several inconsistencies and untruths, such as their response regarding the availability of men's clothing. When I inquired about this, I was told that the men's section had been recently removed, which was not the case.
In summary, my experience with Trendsi has been marred by slow shipping times, inaccurate information from customer service, price disparities with other platforms, and difficulties in updating my review. I have encountered numerous issues, including customer cancellations due to delays, items going out of stock, and slow restocking procedures.
As a long-standing customer, I expected better service and reliability from Trendsi. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction with this platform.
This company has bad customer service. After 4 different situations, I'm deleting them from my store.

i'm a little bit disappointed with the customer support i have been contacting them for 1 week regarding an order that have been in the processing stage for 12 days and every time they keep asking me to wait 24 hours and i have no idea what is happening to my order not sure if i will keep using this app

While Trendsi is recommended for Shopify store sellers, we do have products with different shipping speeds that will fit selling on third-party platforms - from 2-5 business days to 5-10 business days. These are guaranteed shipping times and if you have orders that are ever outside of these times, we will always make things right for you.

No tracking number available for more than 4 days. My Clients REQUEST IT and I dont know how to explain that a simple order take too time to create a simple tracking number... you have to UPDATE your system, just create from day 1 a tracking number, create a step by step process that my Client can follow... I am pretty upset
