I had an issue with my products saying sold out when they were not on trends. Chette from customer service helped me out and was very helpful

Great customer service. I had a technical issue linking products with my online store. I was able to reach real person on chat feature and Raymart was able to assist me make necessary setting changes to get my store up and running. Thank you!

Super helpful anytime I have a question and use the customer support chat. Anya helped me with figuring out tracking info for overseas packages.

Marieshell was fast, helpful and very friendly. She was able to help me with three questions very quickly and with limited effort or explanation needed on my part. In fact, no explanation needed. She caught on right away not only helped, but reassured me as well.

My experience with Trendsi Customer Service has been very Delightful and I must say they respond very quickly, I recently spoke to Harold who immediately responded to my inquires and offered assistance. I really like the fast communication through WhatsApp.
