Only 4 starts because I haven't had a chance to use the app yet, but had some questions and Czar from customer service was super helpful!

Lorie was very helpful in clarifying Trendsi policy. I love the app and the items.Great quality but the return window is really short compare to the online fashion market wish it was for more longer days since it takes people time to decide to stay with an item or not.

Today , I had a few questions about adding the shipping cost on the products that I am adding to my store. Angelo promptly assisted me, and I was able to complete this section of my shopify store.

So far so good. We just started with Trendsi a few days ago, adding products and setting up. Gretle on the chat window has been wonderful! And we got our first order today.

Gretle was so helpful with all my questions and explained the answers so well! She was really personable and was so understanding! I have enjoyed using trendsi so far, but great customer service really put it over the top!
