Joel was so kind and helpful.he told me what to do to correct the issue i was having and it worked.the response was quick and very helpful.

As a first-time boutique owner, I was a bit confused about how the process works after a customer place an order. Raymart was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I must say Trendsi, Has great Technical support. Chette helped me out to set up my shopify shipping, she was great and very patient with me and walked me thru, to fix the Issue. Great service.

I am new to using Trendsi, but so far it's been a great experience. Their site is extremely user friendly, their product is well represented, and their customer service is AMAZING. Every time I have a simple question, they are quick to respond and take care of my concerns. And a shout out to Harold! He is awesome and gave me all the answers and resources I needed. i was having some issues with my web builder and i wanted to clarify a few things about shopify and i spoke to Lori and she was really great now i can sleep because i wouldn't be able to have my store. She was wonderful and Trends' drop shipping is a great app for my new business

I was blessed enough to have an amazing support member by the name of Joseph and my god that man desevers a raise! I had a very difficult issue that has been causing me headaches for the past week or so and after giving him a life story on my problem he was very professional and respectful to my issue and came up with a solution that just saved my store and a whole lot more! couldn't be happier and more thankful he's definitely a keeper!
