As someone who has 3 jobs including Boutique owner, I need an app that is easy and straightforward to use, has all the right features to help with efficiency and offers true expedited shipping options. The absolute most important feature for me, as a drop ship business owner, is the automatic inventory updates and "out of stock alerts". Trendsi provides all of this and More!

Knowing that I have knowledgeable, friendly and supportive customer support staff at my finger tips who respond so quickly is also invaluable.
Today, Anya exceeded my expectations with a critical need.. I was wow'd by her service and her communication. I am beyond impressed with Anya as well as all of my previous interactions with Trendsi support. It feels good to work with a trustworthy and supportive vendor!

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Trendsi. I recently opened a store and have been using Trendsi exclusively. During this time, I had a query that wasn't addressed in the FAQs. That's when I reached out to their customer support and was assisted by Czar. The response was not only swift but also extremely helpful and friendly. This level of service has significantly contributed to my satisfaction with Trendsi. I'm very happy with both the site and the customer service so far. Keep up the great work, Trendsi!

It has been such a great experience to work with Trensdi, such a nicely built page and they offer great support. Raymart is a kind agent from Trendsi, who helped me and walked me through my inventory, assisting me with syncing products to show in or out-of-stock items on my store website. I was able to learn how to navigate through my store and correct or adjust my inventory, all through his excellent support. Raymart went above and beyond to help me with my questions and any issues I was experiencing were resolved. I feel valued and cared for. Thank you once again for your help, Raymart!!! I am very pleased with Trensdi and their support team, and I highly recommend them.

Trendsi has an amazing and superb customer support base. a very short time with Anya and she answered all my questions with regards to return and refund policy. Her response were instant and very much helpul. She seems to have a working knowledge of Trendsi.

We would definitely recommend this app. In fact we will recommend this app to anyone in search of a reliable company. Our company had an issue with a customer's order(not their fault come to find out). Our team spoke with one of the representatives (Alan), and he was more than helpful, patient, and polite. Their response time is quicker than any other app we've used. The pricing is reasonable. And they not only helped our business to find the problem, but also helped our company with a solution to fix the issue. And provided us with links to read over to further resolve the issue so it doesn't happen again. The products are amazing! Choosing this app will be a great choice for your stores.
