I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. I really like the layout when you add the items to the store. I love that you include the measurements of the clothing.

I would love to see more trendy items that you would normally see on Fashion Nova and Forever 21. I would also like to see more trendy denim options as well.

Online customer service wait time has been satisfactory. Thank you to the rep that helped me today with my questions and for this opportunity to sell your clothing on my store website.

Had a problem with setting up Trendsi Store but Charmaine took care of what I needed. Support was very good.
This is an update since I can't seem to leave another review. However had a question on Inventory syncing which Gretle took care off right away. Good customer support.

I like the options for USA brands and the quality checks they perform. I do think that there is room to improve, but its a young company, so its expected for there to be kinks to work out.
I have chatted with customer service several times, today it was Gretle, and as always she was quick with her response and help to clarify a few things for me.

May was so helpful. I accidently placed order before I was finished and she was able to cancel my order right away. Highly recommend this company. The app on my phone crashes often but on my desktop it is amazing.

I found Trendsi by searching on Goggle for a Drop Shipping company and it was easy to setup because they had step by step instructions. I had a questions about my app and Lee from Trendsi advised me to setup a Store with Trendsi said to set it up on Shopify. For my questions she did answer them as I needed so now I am using Shopify to sell Trendsi clothing.
