I recently had the pleasure of interacting with "Allan" from customer service, and the experience was a stark contrast to my encounters with other companies. Unlike my usual experience of interacting with customer service from other companies, where interactions felt robotic and scripted. Allan's approach was refreshingly different. His willingness to proactively seek additional information for a resolution and to engage in a thoughtful investigation made me feel valued as a customer. In addition to Allan's friendly and responsive nature, the customer service provided is a testament of the Trendsi's commitment to its customers.

Wonderful customer support and app. Czar helped me to understand the reason behind a problem I had with Shopify, and even though it's a Shopify limitation, she explained to me how it works.

I am just starting my dropshipping business with Trendsi. I have had to contact customer support a few times with my questions and someone always gets back to me on chat very quickly. Yesterday I needed help getting my shipping set up in Shopify and Dave from Trendsi went above and beyond to help me out. It's scary to do it by yourself and the support you get from Trendsi makes it so much easier and you don't feel so alone!
