I was having an issue with my shipping settings. I opened a chat with Raymart and he walked me through the process. He made it so easy and even sent screenshots to help. My problem was solved and I am up and running thanks to Raymart!

I had trouble connecting Trendsi to my Shopify store but Raymart with Trendsi support was very nice and helped me connect it immediately. Very Satisfied with my first customer support experience. Looking forward to continuing business with Trendsi.

I'm new to drop shipping and ran into some questions on my first order. "Chette" walked me through and helped me patiently. Their answers were clear and there was no miscommunication on either end.
