Trendsi has been a great option for me as a brand new online boutique. Their system syncs perfectly with my Shopify store and their customer service is excellent! Gretle, Angelo, and Erika are three of their customer service reps and all three were extremely helpful with questions and resolving a small issue. I also love that I can filter by where the products are coming from, so I can avoid overseas shipping / longer ship times. Some issues with overseas quality and availability, but Trendsi catches it before the products are shipped. I appreciate their attentiveness!

I love this app cause the variety and prices are very affordable. I reached out cause this is my first time setting up this type of site and Lorie was a huge help. She answered all my questions and helped me feel more confident in my new venture. Thanks Lorie. Only thing I will say is I wish the order process was different but its as seamless as can be for the setup.

Reducing shipping time is indeed one of our top priorities. Except for peak season, we can guarantee 5 - 10 business days shipping from our overseas warehouses. Furthermore, more products will be available in the US warehouse soon.

We are working on adding the vendor name as a tag automatically as we speak and we will look into the search issue that you experienced.

So far my experience with this app has been really good. Their merchandise is good quality at awesome wholesale prices. I received quick responses from customer service about an inquiry. My only complaint is that the shipping takes a little long.

I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. Thanks, Trendsi!
