I placed my first order yesterday. The support team agent Gretle responded quickly to address and issue with the customers address. So far so good. I’m still waiting on the tracking number though. So we shall see.

This is my first time using Trendsi since I've downloaded the app, I had questions and Maria helped me immediately. Great customer service. I'd recommend this shop, especially for U.S. fast shipping.

So far the only issue I've had is with shipping times! Takes a while for them to move from processing to shipped so please be aware you're going to have a 3-4 day processing time in addition to your shipping time. Especially for overseas items.

I just added this app to my store. I had many questions and Gretle patiently answered each one of them. I give it a 4 star because I have not processed an order from the app. I do love the style selections and hope it will be a positive to my shop.

Update. It's been almost a year now and the app is great to find nice selection for my shop. Lorie was awesome today in trying to get tech support to see why the quantities wasn't downloading with the items. So far so good. The samples I ordered previously were on point as well. I appreciate the prompt customer service.

Great quality products, out of the samples I ordered. I really hope they get more accessories and maybe mens items. I had good assistance from Mia on finding my shipment. I hope in the future maybe shipping can be improved because I am currently waiting for samples I ordered 2 weeks ago, considering it is marketed as for US based stores also.
