I am truly excited about having my own store! I was instructed to upload business documents in order to obtain samples, however initially the documents were declined. I expressed my concern and explained my business. Dave reached out immediately to inform me the documents were blurry and to resubmit them. I submitted them 2 am in the morning the next day. I replied to Dave that they were submitted. I received a reply from Raymart within 30 minutes that the documents were received and approved! I was ecstatic!!! The customer service is impeccable. I recommend Trendsi/Shopify for all your online store needs. Thank you Dave and Raymart for your stupendous customer service!

I’m new to Trendsi and all I have to say is WOW to customer support! I was having a problem with onboarding because of my own user error but it was quickly resolved within 2 minutes by Raymart! Had some shipping delays I wanted to reach out for to see what the status was. Joel was a HUGE help! Very friendly and transparent with the delay cause being lunar new year and the status of my order.

Excellent customer service! I have spoken to Raymart several times as I am just establishing my store and website. He was extremely helpful and very kind. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions in a clear and assistive way. I greatly recommend him and the customer service team!!
