I contacted the support system to help get clarification on shipping charges. the rep was great and explained all charges and helped me setup the proper rates needed to settle accounts.

Trendsi is great. They have a wide range of women's fashion to choose from. And their chat support is great too. I had an issue with an order (my fault, not theirs), and Charles helped to make it right. Excellent customer support!
