I would give ten stars. Angelo is always responsive and quick and efficient. Best drop ship relationship for clothing. I tried others but their customer service and communication was incredibly aweful. But with Trendsi and especially Angelo - customer service, communication is first class.

I needed help with a return for a client and Mia and Raymart were great. They resolved the problem I was having, were friendly, and made it all very easy. This is one of the reasons I always go to Trendsi first as my dropshipping suppliers

I feel Wrong Recommending Trendsi because I don't want to alert my competition to this great company,
but I guess I have to because they Have earned It. I've been Looking for a long time for a US based dropship app/company that provides GOOD Product with prices that allows for enough mark up to cover expenses and make reasonable profit while also gives me the chance to have prices that compete well with Chinese drop shippers.
I Know this sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, But Trendsi DID IT. Now I have Products that SELLS and Extremely FAST SHIPPING, My products sell on the most competitive market places, My customers are happy and the profit Potential also is GREAT. But How about the Customer Service? Well the only one time I had an Issue I contacted customer service By email at 9:36 PM EST and The Respond Came Back at 9:43 PM BIG THANKS TO "Charmaine" The Trendsi Support for her Prompt response and professionalism my Issue was resolved In less than 20 mnts and that was outstanding. So for my Competitors I want you to know, Trendsi Is a great company to work with but if you decided to use them PLEASE DON"T UNDER SELL THE PRODUCTS, I USE THE RECOMMENDED RETAIL AND CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY, Lets all make money and Enjoy the TRENDSI And For Trednsi's MANAGERS, Keep Up the good work.

I am new to Shopify and drop shipping, so I've definitely had some questions. I chatted with Mia yesterday, she was very helpful and made me feel if there's any questions I have they'll be there to assist. Looking forward to a smooth process. A noteworthy case to mention: a few hours ago, I expressed my satisfaction with Trendsi's support, specifically with the exceptional assistance provided by Allen. However, due to the limitation of only being able to comment once a day, I had to modify my original comment to include my praise for Chette's outstanding support.
I want to highlight the significant help I received from Allen and Chette.
It is evident that Trendsi boasts a remarkable support team.
