This app is great! The products are great...the assistance they off you, could not get any easier with starting my store. Customer service is honestly one of the best things about them. Always willing to help in chat no matter the time. Chatted with Gretle today and she was so quick to answer my question. Could not recommend her or the team and this app more!!

I had questions about Trendsi before moving forward. I contacted support and spoke with Ramart who was very patient and professional. He explained the process very clearly.
On a seperate occasion I was experiencing difficulty connecting the Trendsi app to my Shopify store. I contacted support and spoke with Gretle who was very helpful. She walked me through the process, and helped me figure out that I needed to uninstall the app then re-install it. Now it works and I am very happy. Gretle was really amazing and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the Trendsi support. Great customer service A+++

The app works quite well, so far. The catalogue is quite good, though they could be a little more consistent with the use of sizing chart across the different products and vendors. At least for all the suppliers that ship to US, their product sizes could be shown in US standard size charts and same across different products. Would like to see more suppliers that have warehouses in US, and more wide range of products, of course :), maybe baby clothing and accessories, and if possible even for men! ;)
Their customer service is the best, and recently we were helped by Mia and the response was very prompt.
