The costumer service is amazing, they answer all of your questions and concerns fast and efficient. Gretle was an amazing helper I would totally recommend her.

I chatted with Lorie tonight - I could not access my account as previously with the text of the phone number. She showed me how I could access via Shopify Admin. I was also having an issue with customers not being allowed to ship - she helped me identify that issue - Shopify cannot seperate shipping when one ships from multiple locations. So the info provided assisted me in making the changes to allow customers to use to get shipping - we were getting an error prior. New to Trendsi via Shopify and just working out the "kinks" - Lorie was very helpful.

i just started using Trendsi im waiting for my samples to arrive. So far its been great. Jaylene has been great with answering emails within minutes, she has provided excelent customer service and that makes me feel more comfortble working with the app Trendsi.

I think the use of this app is amazingly easy and user friendly. Also, i think they have very good product and everything is easy to understand. When I contact support its great to know that you can actually speak with someone and get immediate results. Gretle was supportive and super helpful. I look forward generating more sales using this app.

Mary was fantastic. I had a question on sizing and she responded immediately. She also looked into the issue and sent it to the correct department, all the while keeping me in the loop. There's been several who I still have not heard anything from. Mary has been the exception and is a rock star.
