I recently contacted Trendsi for customer support and had a great experience. I first spoke to Chette on July 12, 2023, to resolve an issue with shipping rates fixing and product import. Chette was very helpful and professional in trying to troubleshoot the issue. We were able to identify the problem and fix it quickly.

The other day, I spoke to Raymart to resolve an issue with the media download of the products and video sync. Raymart was also very helpful and professional. He was able to help me download the media files and sync them with my videos.

I am very grateful for the help of both Chette and Raymart. They were both very patient and understanding, and they were able to resolve my issues quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs customer support from Trendsi.

So far this has been great. I had a few important questions about shipping and Lee helped a lot. Will follow up ! Follow up on 12/7/21 : Lee once again helped me with a current order- excellent service and all my questions were answered. This app is wonderful.
