I recently had a question about an item on Trendsi's website and was fortunate enough to get in touch with Angelo. He was incredibly fast and professional in his response and went above and beyond to help me out. I'm new to Trendsi and had a question about how the payment process works once an order is delivered. I used the chat feature on the site and Angelo explained everything thoroughly and educated me about many things too. I love being able to use the chat feature to get my questions answered promptly! Lee was very helpful. She was able to help fix my issue quickly and swiftly. There was a bug with the channels feature and she help me with a workaround to fixing it.

so far they seem rock solid well thought out, and there not greedy which helps you get your boot in the door but hazel was really helpful and strait to the point

I am new to Dropshipping, I didn't have a clue. I couldn't figure out why my item did not ship. I contact customer service and had the pleasure of chatting with Gretle. She was amazing. She was very patient and kind. I am pleased with this first-time experience. We need more "Gretle" in the world.
