I just started using Trendsi for my business within the last 24 hours but the process has been super easy and seemless. Payments processed right away. I contacted the customer service chat and spoke with Gretle she was PHENOMENAL answered all my questions and helped with everything I needed. Im excited to see how shipping from the warehouse goes and continue adding more products to our shop :D

I really enjoy the help I have received from three wonderful women knowledgeable about the products and how the store front operates Ms. Lorie, Ms, Mia, and Ms. Gretle. They are pleasant to talk to and has compassion in seeing the help is provided to me. I really love this store and the Support Rocks.

The app is so easy to use. It really help ups grow our online store with great fashion pieces. I had a few questions and Chette from customer service gave me great tips and helped me all the way. They really make it easy :)

I contacted Customer Service because one of my customers received the incorrect item. Gretle was very helpful and friendly. I was advised that the issue would be handled within 24-48 hours. I would like to be back in a few days to say that it all worked out!

I was happy with this app until I received 1 order, it's been 5 days and they haven't sent it yet, my customer is very angry asking for a tracking number which I still don't have, It's like buying from Aliexpress. Also they have a lot of products out of stock, I imported 600 products to my store with variants. When I open any random product a lot of sizes and colors are always out of stock, very annoying, for a customer will be like hunting for a product that is in stock.
