I was recently trying to connect my accounts together and would not go through, I contacted customer support and Raymart was able to fix the issue in minutes.

I was having trouble removing product from my store and Angelo went above and beyond to show me exactly where to go within my Shopify store so I could multi select and remove what I needed to. Great customer service.

I truly appreciated Miles help on the Trendsi App. She was truly awesome! I was having a few issues that she walked me through with ease. The app is way better than most of the others that I have used since starting my business.

Just started with Trendsi and so far I am very impressed with what they offer! this is a service that basically ANY boutique can make work for what you are looking for. Their customer service has been amazing so far, Allan just helped me in within minutes on a SATURDAY when I panicked over a mistake I made.

Gretel was quick and prompt helping me with my questions about fulfilling orders from trendsi.
It threw me for a loop when clients couldn't check out with trendsi products..... I realized trendsi makes your default address their location for fulfillment. In doing so, you need to create a new shipping rate for your default address even though the items technically are not shipping from there.
This totally solved my problem and clients were able to check out.

Warning! Horrible I have had so many bad reviews on my page now because they say they fill the order and then cancel it on me without telling me or never send out the order. So people think I am scamming them. I talk to customer service but it doesn't help. I hate writing bad reviews but I am at my witts end. This is so unprofessional.
