I love the pictures & products Trendsi offers for dropshipping, prices not bad as well. ONLY complaint is that they are not compatible with google domains. I purchased a .com for my shopify site which I'd like to have as my primary domain, yet once I changed from a shopify domain to my google .com domain, all Trendsi products were removed from my site like they never existed. Thankfully, their customer service was helpful in informing me they are not compatible with google domains, so once I switched the .com to secondary and shopify domain back to primary, all products returned as they were before. However, it is very frustrating that they do not outwardly state this incompatibility when most other wholesalers have that option. I spent days inputting Trendsi products on my shop, and if I had known I couldn't use a .com domain via Trendsi, I probably wouldn't have gone with them in the first place. I LOVE having Trendsi products on my shop and I really don't want to switch to a new dropshipping supplier, but at the same time I want to be able to use the more sophisticated .com domain I paid for. Please fix this issue!

This is a great app to use for drop shipping. I have looked into many vendors and this is the best one I have came across. The customer support is available 24/7 which is amazing especially when you can get orders at any time at night! Gretle was super helpful and gave me all resources I needed to resolve my issue! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend. There is no one to call for assistance. Material is cheap, sizing is horrible. I had to pay $22 to return. Majority of models are Caucasian. With plus size having only one African American model. Shipping is very long, it takes over 10 days to receive. I am writing this so that others are aware of all of the hurdles you will be forced to overcome with an intent to land sales. Not worth your time.

Let me add that I am having to pay $26 to restock horrible quality clothing and sizes that are not at all to scale. This $26 is in addition to the $22 for shipping it back. Total rip-off. This is how they make their money.

I have been mad at Trendsi twice today. 1st because they texted me and I no longer had the app installed. I had removed it because I sell geeky women things and generally they don't carry that kind of apparel. But they said they had a Barbie Malibu dreams collection. I couldn't find it and was mad all over and I guess mad that it wasn't actually Barbie but Barbie themed.
All of that is moot as what I did see I loved and they have added some tees to their site that I CAN sell. So I grabbed a few. They responded to my questions in a kind manner (though I was a bit short, but not on purpose, I got a call just as I was typing, hit send too soon).

My only real complaint is that they need to make it exceedingly clear that you can install and use Trendsi without a subscription. You only pay when your customer orders. with that in mind, I'm thinking of starting a secondary store, with all the fashion deliciousness I see.

Their process of importing to your store is the best I've seen on SHopify so far. Very clean and streamlined. Good app for those wanting to give Shein a run for their money.
