CONS: I would love to give Trendsi a 5 star but I gave a 4 because they offer international shipping (outside of the USA) but don't offer returns/exchanges globally other than USA. That makes it challenging selling globally especially being based in Canada. I have spoken to Lee (customer service rep) about it and they said they are working on offering returns/exchanges globally. I hope this will happen soon because I don't want to switch suppliers and it will also improve business for both Trendsi and others. They also don't offer private labeling and custom packaging but they are in the works of it. Hope that doesn't take long as well.
Inventory sells out too quick. They don't have enough as a dropshipping company so i am always having to add new items everyday. It takes too long to add products in my Shopify platform as you'd have to add them individually but it is still fairly easy. Just a click and it's added. Hopefully they will add a system where multiple items can be chosen. Shipping time out of the USA is 2 to 3 weeks. PROS: Outstanding customer service. They are always there when I need them. I love the fact that they have a chat system on their website rather than texting me as other dropshippers do. Lee and Gretel have been very kind, patient and full of information. They provide clear photos, accurate product descriptions, sizing and material information. This is huge for me because it takes a lot of time to sort photos and write descriptions. They make it easy. I am very happy with this as other companies don't provide the right information and clear photos. Their website is very organized and easy to use. It is 100% user friendly. Trendsi is great for anyone starting out in the USA and only targeting USA. Once they start offering returns and exchanges globally, I will definitely rate them a 5 star. Everything else is great and I am happy to continue business with Trensdi.

1. Since we are still in the beta testing phase of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns for those items until we have a solid system in place. We appreciate your understanding of this!

3. We are always restocking especially when it is a hot selling product and have new arrivals M-F. Restock notifications are coming VERY soon so you can easily keep track.
4. If you create Trendsi collections, you can first add products to a Trendsi collection and then add the entire collection to Shopify in bulk. This should save you a lot of time. For more info, please see this help article- https://help.trendsi.co/knowledge/add-products-and-set-pricing

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this app. While their customer service & chat function is extremely helpful and the chat agents are nice, the shipping times are insanely slow. I ordered a test order from my website after connecting Trendsi to test how it works and how long shipping would be. I wanted to see what my customers would experience before promoting my store. I am so glad I did!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed to say the least. I ordered on December 2, 2022. I reached out the following week because the status hadn't changed from "Processing". I was assured they were still working on it. Then I reached out the following week and was told the order and processing time were extended due to the quality checks that were performed and one item didn't pass quality check. I reached out again today, December 19, 2022 (the order still says "Processing") and was told that the items were being delivered to their US Warehouse tomorrow by 3 PM and then they'd be shipped out. Unfortunately, they are Christmas items and will not be able to be used after Christmas Day. After reading through reviews (I wish I had read them before), multiple people state that they constantly have "quality check issues". When "quality check issues" arise, they send you an email stating your order is delayed another 3-4 days because they have to order a replacement from their supplier. Why is this company working with subpar suppliers that constantly have quality check issues??

This is not a good look for my business/website and definitely don't want to deal with bad reviews from customers. I advise you stay away from this app. Great idea but horrible execution! NOT RECOMMENDED!

First the good. The product pictures are great, they make it very easy to import stuff and many of their products have videos.

Now the bad. They literally run out stock within hours of you putting the products on your store. It is very frustrating seeing products deplete while you are trying run ads to bring in traffic. I received an email this morning saying a product was back in stock but counter is reading zero. I ordered a product last night for a brand ambassador of ours and it is out of stuck 12 hours later. I am very disappointed. Also, the shipping costs may be low but the product prices are about double what I pay from a similar wholesaler.

I would not recommend this app; I had several issues with customers because of slow processing times. Also, the product costs are relatively high which leaves you with a very little profit margin

The app is ok, it’s glitchy especially on mobile. The clothes are decent quality and I would have rated it 4 stars except the two experiences I have had with customer service were horrendous. Not helpful and even snarky and confrontational in tone when I was simply asking if it would be possible to fulfill an order that was showing accepted fulfillment on my end and not in theirs without having to refund the customer and place a new order. It’s all about tone and the tone in this interaction and the 1st one I had where I asked about shipping confirmation showing the item delivered to Los Angeles and not the final destination were just snarky bordering on rude.

So far so good.
The installation and connection to Shopify didn't go as smooth as expected, because I work with Firefox. I had to do it from a chrome browser. Now it's connected and running. I hope I don't have further browser issues.
Lorie was of great help , and helped me sort it out.
