Trendsi has great reps working for them. Russete Garcia helped me a ton with all of my questions. There was some things I needed clarification on and she kindly helped me understand everything and patiently worked with me. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Trendsi :)

I was using another app for dropshipping and I found it daunting unlike Trendsi. I have found great products for my boutique and am really enjoying my shop transformation. I had questions about returns for my customer and Raymart was so helpful in answering my questions in the online chat. Bernadette is my Onboarding specialist and she has contacted and been in touch with me if I need anything from day 1. I hope to be successful with my shop now that I am using Trendsi.

I received help today from Harold. I gave him a list of order numbers and he was able to pinpoint and answer all of my questions. It only took a few minutes for him to put me at ease about my concerns. Great company. Great service. The shipping is a little longer since some are overseas, but all in all, the quality of everything is top notch.

I had my first order and was unsure of the process because Trendsi works differently than a previous vendor. I contacted a representative, Joel, and he was immediately helpful and super friendly. My issue was resolved within a couple minutes! So thankful for great customer service!
