I have been working with Trendsi for a couple of years, and I can say I love the app, the products, and the customer service! Today, I had to cancel an order, and Chette helped me check the status of the order and helped me cancel it (I was unable to do so because I was out of the window of time to do it). It is always a good experience when I need support from customer service. I'm very happy with this company and I highly recommend it.

Update 12/20/24. I’d like to shoutout 'Anya' simply awesome! I was having difficulty setting up a few things and she took her time and care. She walked me through the steps of getting my documents approved in the most professional, and timely manner possible. Great support wins loyalty! Thanks

I love this Vendor as they have great products. The customer service is great. I spoke with Lorie today and she was quick to respond to my inquiry about my customers order.
