I just started using this app not too long ago and I have had nothing but a great experience with the functionality of the app and the customer service they give so far.

I had a few orders placed that had not been processed yet, so I had reached out to the customer service team to see what was going on. I was connected with Angelo, and they were able to look up and see what was taking the orders so long to process.

Angelo went above and beyond my expectations by explaining what was going on, and then reaching out to the warehouse and requesting to have the orders shipped out that day so I didn't get penalized on TikTok for late shipment. Angelo was also very patient with me and made sure I had all the information needed, and it was a pleasure to work with them on this!

I am so happy I chose Trendsi as my dropshipping partner for my business!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Dave from Trendsi, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I reached out with questions about my orders, Dave was incredibly informative and helpful.

Best customer service ever. Everything I had a problem with they were quick to resolve. They're always the best when it comes to questions about shipping, product information, order statuses, etc etc......... The whole team is phenomenal but Chette is one of my favorites regarding customer service. She's sweet, handled all my problems, and I highly recommend her if you have any questions that need to be resolved quickly.

Great experience so far. Love that they have 24/7 chat with live person. It's Saturday and I just finished an online chat with Anya E. She was very helpful and friendly.

I needed assistance with uploading and understanding the seller's permit process. I chatted with an agent via the website. His name was Angelo. He was very helpful. I uploaded a document and he was able to review and approve it for me. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me.

Anya Esteva did great at customer service and was excellent in helping me out. Trendsi seems great so far, and I am excited to get started. My shop isnt open yet but I am importing products from Trendsi today. Can't wait to get started, and know if I have any questions I can contact Trendsi's customer service because their chat is super fast and they have been extremely fast in responding to me. Its so fast almost immediate. Thanks!!!!
