Customer Service is extremely prompt and professional, especially Gretle. I was confused with some shipping issues and she was able to send screenshots with steps and it helped so much!! She didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing either which I love. Trendsi all around is absolutely amazing. Im excited to grow with them and be a part of something bigger!!! 5⭐ absolutely!!!

Truly amazing support group here that is ready to help you at a moments notice. Gretle and Lorie, seriously you both are rock stars. You go above and beyond & very polite and chatty. I was able to resolve an order issue with Lorie from customer service. Took literally less than 3 minutes. Very responsive.

Gretle is awesome. Great help in answering all my questions, and helped me with the onboarding process. They are great and quick to respond. I don't have much else to say right now as I just signed up, but very easy to use and set up :). I'm excited to start :)
Status Update:
Still extremely happy with Trendsi. They are super helpful and really are 24/7 as I've asked questions late at night too :). It's easy to process orders and pretty much everything is done on their side, which makes it super helpful when dealing with Shopify.
Joel and Harold were great and offered great tips for me to get more sales, for which I am going to take them up on it :). Thanks for all the assistance, guys! I appreciate it so much :).
