Really great company and customer service team. Had an issue today where a customer didn't receive an item they purchased. Although the team confirmed it was sent, they wanted to right by my customer. They issued a refund and I reordered the item. Great customer service will always win in my book. My SIL and I are just now starting our shop together, we found trendsi and are excited to see how well it works for us! I got some samples in and the quality is great!
