I have a new store and one of my first orders needed to have a size changed. I contacted Trendsi on a Saturday morning and Lori was able to change the order within minutes. Hassle-free. Hope things continue to go smoothly!

I would give ten stars. Angelo is always responsive and quick and efficient. Best drop ship relationship for clothing. I tried others but their customer service and communication was incredibly aweful. But with Trendsi and especially Angelo - customer service, communication is first class.
